    Agreement to Terms

    By downloading, installing, or using the Together mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

    1. Description of Service

    Together is a mobile application designed for married couples to strengthen their relationship through interactive challenges. The App provides:

    • 75 relationship challenges across 5 categories

    • Free tier (37 challenges)

    • Premium tier (38 additional challenges)

    • Subscription and one-time purchase options

    • Bilingual support (English and Arabic)



    2. Eligibility

    Age Requirement

    You must be 18 years or older to use this App. The App contains mature content related to intimate relationships and is intended for adults only.

    Intended Use

    This App is designed for married couples or committed partners. By using the App, you confirm that you are in a consenting adult relationship.



    3. Account and Registration

    Together does NOT require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device. You do not need to provide:

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Username or password

    • Any personal information



    4. Subscriptions and Purchases

    Available Plans

    Free Tier:

    • Access to 37 free challenges

    • Full app functionality with limited content

    Premium Subscription Options:

    1. Monthly Subscription: $2.99 USD/month

    2. Annual Subscription: $19.99 USD/year (45% savings)

    3. Lifetime Access: $39.99 USD one-time purchase

    Free Trial

    • New users receive a 3-day free trial of premium features

    • Trial begins upon subscription activation

    • You will be charged automatically after the trial period unless you cancel

    • Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges

    Payment Processing

    • All payments are processed through Apple App Store

    • Prices are in USD and may vary by region

    • Taxes may apply based on your location

    • Apple's payment terms apply to all transactions

    Subscription Renewal

    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

    • Your Apple ID account will be charged 24 hours before the end of the current period

    • Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID account settings

    • No refunds for partial periods

    Cancellation

    To cancel your subscription:

    1. Open iOS Settings

    2. Tap your Apple ID name

    3. Tap "Subscriptions"

    4. Select Together subscription

    5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

    Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.



    5. Refund Policy

    Apple App Store Policy

    • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

    • We cannot directly process refunds

    • To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com

    • Apple typically grants refunds within 48 hours of purchase if requested promptly

    Our Policy

    • We stand behind our product and want you to be satisfied

    • If you experience technical issues, contact us at support@togetherksa.com before requesting a refund

    • We cannot guarantee Apple will approve refund requests



    6. Content and Intellectual Property

    Our Rights

    • The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Together

    • All text, graphics, logos, icons, and images are protected by copyright and trademark laws

    • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App

    Your Use

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

    • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

    • Access challenges you've unlocked through purchase

    You may NOT:

    • Share your premium access with others

    • Extract or republish challenge content

    • Use the App for commercial purposes

    • Attempt to bypass payment or unlock premium features without paying



    7. User Conduct

    By using Together, you agree to:

    • Use the App lawfully and respectfully

    • Use challenges within a consenting adult relationship

    • Keep your device secure

    You agree NOT to:

    • Use the App if under 18 years old

    • Share explicit content from the App publicly

    • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App

    • Use the App in ways that violate local laws



    8. Content Disclaimer

    Mature Content

    The App contains challenges related to:

    • Romantic activities

    • Intimate physical contact

    • Adult conversations

    • Mature relationship topics

    Not Professional Advice

    Together is for entertainment and relationship enhancement only. It is NOT:

    • Marriage counseling

    • Medical advice

    • Therapy or professional guidance

    • A substitute for professional help

    If you are experiencing relationship difficulties, please consult a licensed therapist or counselor.



    9. Privacy and Data

    • All app data is stored locally on your device

    • We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information

    • RevenueCat processes purchase data (see Privacy Policy)

    10. Disclaimers and Limitations

    No Warranties

    The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

    • Fitness for a particular purpose

    • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

    • Accuracy or completeness of content

    Limitation of Liability

    Together and its creators shall not be liable for:

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    • Loss of data or content

    • Relationship issues or personal conflicts

    • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App

    Use at Your Own Risk

    You acknowledge that:

    • Relationship activities carry inherent risks

    • You are responsible for your own choices and actions

    • Together is not liable for outcomes of using challenges

    11. Regional Compliance

    Saudi Arabia Users

    • The App complies with Saudi Arabian laws regarding digital content

    • Content is designed to be appropriate within Saudi cultural context

    • All intimate content is designed for married couples only

    International Use

    • The App is available globally but designed primarily for Middle Eastern markets

    • Users are responsible for ensuring local laws permit use of relationship apps

    • Content may not be suitable for all cultures or regions



    12. Modifications to Service

    We reserve the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue features at any time

    • Update challenge content

    • Change pricing (with notice to existing subscribers)

    • Terminate the service with reasonable notice

    Existing subscription terms will be honored through their current period.



    13. Termination

    Your Right to Terminate

    You may stop using the App at any time by:

    • Deleting it from your device

    • Canceling your subscription

    Our Right to Terminate

    We may terminate or suspend access if you:

    • Violate these Terms

    • Use the App unlawfully

    • Attempt to hack or exploit the service



    14. Updates to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at:

    • App Store listing

    Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes through:

    • In-app notification

    • Email (if we add accounts in the future)



    15. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
