    Q: Do I need to create an account?

    A: No! Together works without any account. Just download and start playing.

    Q: How do I change the language?

    A: Go to Settings (gear icon) and toggle between English and Arabic.

    Q: I forgot my partner's name - can I change it?

    A: Yes! Go to Settings → Edit Partner Names.



    2. Subscriptions & Payments

    Q: How do I start my 3-day free trial?

    A: Tap on any locked premium challenge, then select a subscription plan. Your trial starts immediately.

    Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

    A: Go to iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Together → Cancel Subscription.

    Q: Can I get a refund?

    A: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit
    reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

    Q: I purchased premium but it's still locked?

    A: Try tapping "Restore Purchases" on the Premium screen. If that doesn't work, email us at
    support@togetherksa.com.

    Q: Can I share my premium access with my partner's phone?

    A: No, premium is tied to your Apple ID. Each device needs its own subscription.



    3. Technical Issues

    Q: The app crashed or won't open

    A: Try these steps:

    1. Force close the app

    2. Restart your device

    3. Update to the latest iOS version

    4. Reinstall the app (your data is saved)

    Q: The wheel won't spin

    A: Make sure you've selected at least one challenge category in settings.

    Q: Challenges aren't loading

    A: The app works fully offline. Try restarting the app.

    Q: I lost my data after deleting the app

    A: Unfortunately, app data is stored locally and cannot be recovered once deleted. Your premium subscription can be restored with "Restore Purchases."

    Q: Is my data private?

    A: Yes! All data is stored only on your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit any personal information. See our Privacy Policy.

    Q: Can others see what challenges I'm doing?

    A: No. Everything stays on your device privately.

    Q: Is this app safe for married couples?

    A: Yes! Together is designed specifically for committed adult relationships. All content is appropriate for married couples.

    Q: Can I suggest new challenges?

    A: Yes! Email your ideas to
    support@togetherksa.com. We regularly add new challenges based on user feedback.

    Q: Some challenges aren't appropriate for us

    A: You can skip any challenge by tapping "Skip This Challenge" or by spinning again. You can also customize which categories appear on your wheel in Settings.

    Q: How often do you add new challenges?

    A: We aim to add new challenges monthly for premium subscribers.
